Estos términos regulan el acceso y uso del sitio destiladoslandoflegends.com (el “Sitio”), operado por Héctor Andrade Hernández bajo la marca comercial Land of Legends. Al ingresar y usar el Sitio aceptas estos términos y nuestro Aviso de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, te pedimos no usar el Sitio.
01Edad legal
El Sitio contiene información sobre bebidas alcohólicas y está dirigido exclusivamente a personas con la edad legal para comprar y consumir alcohol en su país de residencia (en México, 18 años). Al confirmar tu edad declaras, bajo tu responsabilidad, que cumples ese requisito. Prohibida la venta a menores de edad.
02Consumo responsable
El abuso en el consumo de este producto es nocivo para la salud. Disfruta con moderación, no conduzcas ni operes maquinaria después de beber y evita el consumo durante el embarazo. Las recetas de coctelería del Sitio se ofrecen como inspiración: prepáralas con responsabilidad y considera posibles alergias a sus ingredientes.
03Contenido informativo
La información del Sitio —leyendas, rituales, procesos, mapas, recetas y descripciones de producto— tiene fines informativos y culturales. Procuramos que sea exacta y actual, pero podemos modificarla sin previo aviso. Las imágenes pueden diferir ligeramente del producto real y algunas tienen carácter ilustrativo. Las especificaciones vigentes de cada producto son las que aparecen en su etiqueta.
04Compras
El Sitio no procesa ventas. Las compras se realizan en tienda.destiladoslandoflegends.com y se rigen por las condiciones de venta, envío, cambios y devoluciones publicadas en esa tienda, así como por la legislación de protección al consumidor aplicable. La disponibilidad de envíos depende de las leyes de importación y venta de alcohol del país de destino; el comprador es responsable de cumplir los requisitos de su jurisdicción.
05Propiedad intelectual
Las marcas Land of Legends, Noble Caballero, Boca Jaguar, Luna Serena y Guerrero de Barrio, así como logotipos, diseños de empaque, textos, fotografías, videos e ilustraciones del Sitio, pertenecen a su titular o se usan con autorización. Queda prohibido reproducirlos, modificarlos o usarlos con fines comerciales sin autorización previa y por escrito. Puedes compartir enlaces al Sitio y contenido en redes sociales siempre que cites la fuente y no alteres su sentido.
Las denominaciones de origen Tequila, Mezcal, Raicilla y Sotol son propiedad del Estado mexicano y se usan conforme a la normativa aplicable.
06Uso permitido
Te comprometes a no usar el Sitio para fines ilícitos; a no enviar información falsa, ofensiva o que infrinja derechos de terceros; a no intentar acceder sin autorización a sus sistemas, y a no enviar mensajes automatizados o masivos a través de sus formularios.
07Enlaces a terceros
El Sitio puede incluir enlaces a sitios de terceros (por ejemplo, Instagram, WhatsApp o distribuidores). No controlamos su contenido ni sus prácticas de privacidad y no somos responsables por ellos.
08Limitación de responsabilidad
El Sitio se ofrece “tal cual”. No garantizamos que esté libre de interrupciones o errores. En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del Sitio, ni del consumo inadecuado de bebidas alcohólicas. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto limita los derechos que la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor u otras normas imperativas te reconozcan.
09Modificaciones
Podemos actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente es la publicada en esta página con su fecha de actualización.
10Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes federales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para su interpretación y cumplimiento, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de Zapopan, Jalisco, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la legislación de protección al consumidor aplicable reconozca y de la competencia de la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).

These terms govern access to and use of destiladoslandoflegends.com (the “Site”), operated by Héctor Andrade Hernández under the Land of Legends brand. By entering and using the Site you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
01Legal drinking age
The Site contains information about alcoholic beverages and is intended exclusively for people of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in their country of residence (21 in the United States; 18 in Mexico and most other countries). By confirming your age you declare, under your own responsibility, that you meet this requirement. Not for sale to minors.
02Responsible drinking
Please enjoy responsibly. Do not drink and drive or operate machinery, and avoid alcohol during pregnancy. The cocktail recipes on the Site are offered as inspiration: prepare them responsibly and consider possible allergies to their ingredients.
03Informational content
Site content —legends, rituals, processes, maps, recipes and product descriptions— is provided for informational and cultural purposes. We strive to keep it accurate and up to date but may change it without notice. Images may differ slightly from the actual product and some are illustrative. Each product’s official specifications are those shown on its label.
04Purchases
The Site does not process sales. Purchases are made at tienda.destiladoslandoflegends.com and are governed by the sale, shipping, exchange and return conditions published there, as well as applicable consumer protection laws. Shipping availability depends on the alcohol import and sale laws of the destination country; buyers are responsible for complying with the requirements of their jurisdiction.
05Intellectual property
The Land of Legends, Noble Caballero, Boca Jaguar, Luna Serena and Guerrero de Barrio brands, together with the logos, packaging designs, texts, photographs, videos and illustrations on the Site, belong to their owner or are used under authorization. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission. You may share links to the Site and its content on social media, provided you credit the source and do not alter its meaning.
The appellations of origin Tequila, Mezcal, Raicilla and Sotol belong to the Mexican State and are used in accordance with applicable regulations.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; not to submit false or offensive information or content that infringes third-party rights; not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems; and not to send automated or bulk messages through its forms.
07Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp or distributors). We do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
08Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from the improper consumption of alcoholic beverages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
09Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the competent courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other venue, without prejudice to any rights granted by applicable consumer protection laws.
